Good...Wow, you have a lot on your plate right now. Good luck with everything.

I'm coming to terms with sending our little guy to Junior Kindergarten this September. There was no such thing as JK when I was in school. The kids seem so young. Three years old and starting school already! Uggh, I'm going to be sobbing that day.Jen Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10640735912596448839noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4769686833825364898.post-38615345767333581952010-03-24T07:58:53.036-05:002010-03-24T07:58:53.036-05:00As you know, our biggest concern with Al was socia...As you know, our biggest concern with Al was social as well. Milo sounds so much like him. Al was 5 in June and went to K that year, but he was reading chapter books, counting, adding, subtracting, etc. He was beyond ready academically... but socially we were concerned. He was an only child for so long, not in daycare, and was very much a 'mini adult'.

He's ok though. He isn't influenced by his peers at all, and he's actually been great socially. Last year his teacher said he was such a leader, and he never asked to be. the kids just seen him doing things and did them too.

He's been in gifted ed since Kindergarten too, and its been a great program for him. He really enjoys it.

I think Milo would be just fine in K. :)Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16016319645102022986noreply@blogger.com
